My Jack Russell Story:
A good friend of mine who is also a Jack Russell owner traveled to Africa about a year ago. Her travels included a stay at a wildlife preserve where she would share stories around a campfire with the Game Warden. One night they were talking about dogs and she said she had a Jack Russell at home. The Game Warden said that, yes, he was familiar with the breed. In fact they used to have a Jack Russell at the game preserve, but he wasn't around anymore. They had to send him to live in the city when they couldn't keep him from chasing the elephants!
