new puppy

Question:

We have a 5 month old female jrt (LOVES to play with any dog), we will be bringing home a new male puppy in may or june. What can we expect even though she is so friendly? Will there be some aggression?
Also, i've never had a male dog. Do they mark? Do you potty train the same as a female?
