Here is the breed standard for the Jack Russell Terrier JRTCA Breed Standard and the history of the Jack Russell Terrier , History of the Jack Russell

The breed standard has always called for a white bodied terrier. After 150 years of breeding this type of terrier, it's not very likely that a solid colored body would pop up.
