I hate to say this but you should have thought about this before buying the dog, this is NORMAL for all PUPPIES this age, Please take her outside and let her do her business, and make sure she does it.
No 10 week old puppy is going to sleep through the night, equate her to a 4 month old human child, it isn't physically possible.
Sorry about your loss of sleep but this is just the way it is with all breeds of dogs.
