Question:

: Is it possible to havea lazy jack. We have 2, a 4 y.o girl and 1.5 y.o boy. The girl LIVES for ball. All we do is play ball, day and night and if she can't find her ball we will throw anything she can find. She loves fetch. However, Max isn't as excited about fetch. he would much rather sit down and chew and a galileo bone. he is very content. We try to get him to play fetch and every once in a while he will, but he would rather hang out on the couch. He is healthy and gets exercise. He just isn't as hyper as his sister. Is this normal? If there is such a thing!! Thanks.

Hi Jodi, Long time no see, LOL Well just like in humans everyone is different and so it goes with dogs. I have some that are content to sleep on my bed all day, and others that would prefer to be outside all day getting into what ever! I also have some that will play with the balls and others that don't give a hoot one way or the other, some that love water and some that don't.
I think this is normal but that is just MHO! Don't worry and don't panic, to me this is what makes the breed so great, each and everyone is different.
Regards
Linda
