won't let me cut nails

Question:

Help! My 13 month old male jack will not let me cut his nails, give him a bath or wipe his feet when he is muddy. he growls and tries to bite. Other than that he is great went through obedience training and did well goes to his crate, sleeps in his bed at night etc.can you give me advise on this last hurdle
