Stool Eating

Question:

My JRT is 3 months old. We have had her for one week. For the past three day she has eaten all off her stools. I'm becoming very worried. What can I do to remedy this problem? She is fed with Eukanuba puppy formula. She is also not hardly eating know and I feel that all she is doing is recycling her stool. This has also led to very bad breath. Your immediate response will be appreciated
