Question:

I was wondering about the deal on collars & leaving them on in the yard. I have owned dogs for years & have never had a problem, I make sure to buy the collar large enough for the dog to slip out of the collar if something were to happen & I never leave training collars on my dogs either.I was also curious as to what the people that live in area's where rabies tags are supposed to be worn at all times are supposed to do, in my neighborhood they fine people that don't have rabies tags on their dogs.
