If you put Collars into the seach engine, I think you can see why we don't recommend dogs wearing them.

As to the Rabies tags, you shouldn't be letting your dog run loose in the area that you live and if it is confined to your property, then all you have to have is the TAG in your possession. No one recommends letting their dogs run loose, and the number one killer of Jack Russells are cars.
Please use the search engine before posting and this will help us not to go into this subject that has already been discussed many times in the past.
