Question:

: I HAVE A 6 MNTH OLD JRT, AND WHEN I TAKE HIM FOR VERY LONG WALKS HE WILL NOT DO HIS BUSINESS, HE WAITS TILL WE GET HOME TO DO IT, IS THIS ALRIGHT? OR SHOULD I BE DOING SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

As long as he's not doing his business in the house, it's alright. If he is, then you need to find a spot during your walk where you can stop and wait. Stand there, do nothing, don't talk to him, don't look at him, don't touch him. After he gets bored and has sniffed everything within reach of the leash, he should empty his bladder and bowels. Then praise him and move on.

Best wishes,

Brenda
