| Question: Our "Max" turned a year old on April 5th. We have reciently received the registration forms which state that the dog cannot be more than 15 inches tall. From my measurment he is just below 15 inches but I would like a more accurate measurement before continuing, Or at least some suggestions on measuring so that I know we are doing it correctly.
