Bed Wetting

Our female JRT is 9 months old now. She will pee in her crate all the time if we have a blanket in there. We took it out and that solved the problem......Now occaisionally she will pee in MY bed. When me and wife and dog are all in the bed she will discretely get up, walk to another part of the bed and come back. I always find out she pee'd because she wears her guilty ears back crouching around look. Other times she might run upstairs and run back down very quickly. I know she is up to something because I hear her land when she jumps off the bed, right after I hear that I go up and investigate and she wears that guilty look and tries to hide. (I never find pee in these cases, I think she hides it). She knows shes doing something wrong, she seemed to of been house trained months ago and now shes trying to hide her pee in the house? Whats going on with her?
