Question:

I have a male 12week Jack Russell. He loves to crawl on his belly in the grass, however, he's beginning to get a raised red rash on his underside. Do they make allergy medication for dogs?? Or can I use a topical cream like Hydrocortisone or Cortaid? He's not itching, but I am concerned.
