Will I be able to reg this male with his pedigree even though no ancestors were reg? She has agreed to sign a stud cert, but before I get his vet exam and all that done I wanted to make sure that his pedigree would meet the requirements.

Please check out this link for registeration, if you dog meets the Breed Standard, then I don't see a problem as long as you have a 4 generation pedigree and a signed stud certificate. Only the registrar can tell you for sure and without seeing your dog and the pedigree, I am sorry I can't be of more help.
