Sounds like you have good instincts!! Just remember, she was only four months or something like that, right? Nearly all pups are sweet at that age. I worry that due to careless breeding, down the road that puppy may end up with some really bad problems. It's really too bad when people breed for greed. The worst part is that they don't take responsibility for their puppies' problems down the road. I wish I could tell everyone that reputable breeders are easy to find, have reasonably priced puppies, and thanks to more careful breeding, and consideration of bloodlines for several generations are a much safer bet than some "breeder" who is just slapping any two dogs together based on the "cuteness factor!"
