Hi, Pat,

I don't know if we have any reps who are well versed on snakes, but I think if you're concerned, you should call your forest ranger or game warden. Try the yellow pages, or call your Police department's regular line (obviously not the emergency line) and ask how to get in touch with a game warden or whatever your state has for an officer like that.
