invisible fence

Hi, in reply to Lauri about the electric fence. Do yourself and your dog a huge favor and put up traditional fencing. We also debated about what type of fence and went with the split rail and inside fencing. Best decision we ever made - tonight was the perfect example when there was a german shepherd loose in our neighborhood and entered the yard of a neighbor with an invisible fence and went after their dog - the shepherd was finally distracted when our adorable Bailey went out barking her head off, safely behind a fence. Invisible fencing may or may not keep your JRT in its boundaries, but it will allow anything and everything to enter your yard and be a serious threat to your pet - unless your nearest neighbor is 3 miles or more away, please go with traditional fencing.
