registering a pregnant bitch

Question:

We recently joined the JRTCA. Our female, Holly who is yet unregistered is about to drop a litter of outstanding stock Jack's. Both are from excellant, proven lines. Holly is from D. Brian Plummer's line. BP is from a Canadien Jack called Sailor. Can I register her while she is carrying. I need to submit pics. Wondering if it is OK. Great Vet reference. Please respond.
