Jack Russell Terrier

Question:

I adopted a Jack Russell Terrier from a local animal
shelter. His name is Jake and he is 2 years old.
His temperment is over-all good. My biggest concern
is that he is overly friendly with people. What is the
best method to use in correcting his jumping and
nibbling on people?
