: Today I just found a brown spot on my carpet, my JRT just had a an accident. When I went to clean it up, it was brown. I thought it was really wierd. I know it was her urine but it was always yellow. She pee'd again later and it was brown again. Why is it brown?

I can't answer this you need to see a Vet about this problem she may have an infection.
