Hi Lisa,

This is hard to answer because you didn't provide any information on how you have gone about socializing Cruiser.

However I can tell you if you haven't gone to actual obedience school with your terrier, you are ill equipped to know how to handle a dog aggressive terrier.

Walking your terrier is not enough exercise. These dogs need a lot of activity that just plain walking does not provide them. You should be giving your dog at least an hour of very active play a day. Spend time tossing tennis balls with him, throw a frisbee, but get this dog moving!

Also please make the commitment and give the time to getting him into obedience school before he gets totally out of control.
