my jr bitting herself....

Question:

I have an 8-month old Jack Russell and she has been constantly bitting herself leaving alot of marks. I have consulted a vet and she seems to be very healthy. According to the Vet she doesn't seems to be allergy to anything. Is there any solution to this? Thanks alot in advance.
