Question:

: I have an 8-month old Jack Russell and she has been constantly bitting herself leaving alot of marks. I have consulted a vet and she seems to be very healthy. According to the Vet she doesn't seems to be allergy to anything. Is there any solution to this? Thanks alot in advance.

Hi Lee,

Unless your vet runs tests for allergies there really isn't anyway he can rule an allergy out.

She could have a flea allergy and if she gets bit once by a flea, she can really itch all over from it.

If you don't have her on flea preventative, I highly suggest putting her on one. There's many great products out there.

Marie
