Getting a new puppy

Question:

I have a 11 month old female JR, her name is Freckles. I just purchased a Shar Pei puppy. I will pick him up on the 7 ..he will be 2 months that they.. I have to go to work,Should I leave them separated?.. Do you think she will get aggressive with a 2 month old puppy?
Please help me!
