What breed is this?

Question:

The other day, I found a dog that looks a lot like a JRT, but is about 2 feet tall. When standing on his hind legs, he comes up to my waist. We are currently trying to find his owner, but we have not had any luck yet. However, I would like to know what breed he is. I own 4 JRT's, and he looks like a larger version of them. He has the same markings, and his tail was docked in the same style. Any suggestions would be helpful. Also if any one in the Moncks Corner area of SC has lost this animal, please let me know.
