First of all there is no such thing as a miniture Jack Russell and some breeders will do anything to sell their puppies. Here is the JRTCA breed standard,
JRTCA Breed Standard and keep in mind that this standard was taken from the Brittish club.
Whether they have long or short legs all Jack Russells have the same traits and legs have nothing to do with temperment or personility.
I would be very weary or someone importing dogs from another county and calling them Irish Jack Russell Terriers.
