my jrt is urinating in the house

We bought a 1 year old female JRT 3 months ago. The people we bought her from said she was housebroken with the use of a doggy door. She uses it to go number two but she is still urinating inside and has actually urinated on our bed twice. We don't understand why because she sleeps all night with us and JRT's typically don't soil where they sleep. We are doing everthing that we've learned and nothing is working? Can you help??
