Catagories of Jack Russells in South Africa

Question:

There seem to be 2 catagories of Jack Russells in South Africa: short- and longlegged?? The short legged breed seems to be more popular in SA.

We cannot find any clarification about this on the SA websites.
Could you please send more info about this.
