swollen face

Question:

Our jack Russell Terrier has a puffed up swollen face
we do not see any bite or blood, she was feed some raisains via a two yaer old child this afternoon. It is not late evening we just see these syptoms.
Is this familiar?? Should we bring her to the vet?]
