problems w/ an 11 month old JR who wasn't trained

I am having problems w/ an 11 mnth. old JR. Everything from chewing, using the restroom where ever he wants, ripping screens off and running around the town until he's found, climbing fences, aggressiveness toward other dogs no matter how large or how numerous, barking, jumping on doors at any hour.
I'm sure that all of these ?'s have been heard before, but as you can see, he is almost a year old and set in his ways. I've viewed most of the FAQ's and they generally deal w/ young puppies. He has a travel crate & stays on a fully enclosed huge porch which is directly connected to the master bedroom so I thought that anxiety would not be the problem. I really love this dog and any help ASAP would be appreciated.
