problems with leg

Question:

We have just gotten a 3yr old jack from the shleter, she is holding her hind leg when she runs. I see no signs of injury. I beleive the pain is coming from around the joint area, when standing she has no problem bearing weight on this leg. Has anyone had any similar problems or possible advice, we would greatly appricate it. thanks. Sandy
