Hi Tonya,
I don't know that you will readily be able to "sell" him. There are many, many unwanted terriers around this age, and most rescues do not charge a substantial amount to adopt to qualified homes. Depending on your price, you may not find any "customers." It is also very difficult to screen potential homes, and you would need to be very careful to place him in a home that is a permanent placement, not one where he will get bounced around again.
My best suggestion is to call the breeder. They should be willing to help you, as good breeders are responsible for their pups for life. If that avenue does not help, contact JRTCA Russell Rescue to evaluate your dog for placement.
You may not recoup any money from the breeder, and Russell Rescue does not pay for dogs (some require a donation at surrender), but these are the best methods of finding him a good, lasting home.
