Female Jack Russell

Question:

Hi. I sort of adopted a 3 month old female Jack Russell in July. By August she was housebroken. I just recently got her fixed and all of a sudden she is urinating all over my floor and last night when I went to go to bed, I noticed that she urinated on the bed. I also have a male Jack Russell who is a year old and I know that it was not him. I don't know what to do, and as for the separation anxiety thing, I can't take her back to my vet (because they kind of messed up with the surgergy and the vet that I took her back to I can't take her there because she gets extemely car sick) and I don't know what to do or who to take her to. Please help.
