beginning training

Question:

I have a 12 week old jack russell and have begun to train it. It has learned come, sit and up but I can't get it to learn much else yet like down(lie down), rollover, or anything fancy. I am not sure about when the correct training ages are considering this is my first ever puppy. can anyone give me some suggestions and am I going to quickly for my puppy?
