Dear Victor,

Dogs "shake" themselves out after they've been in the same position (snoozing on the sofa!) for several hours. I've never counted the actual number of times that my terriers have done this in a day but 15 times sounds excessive.

I suggest you have your terrier checked out by your vet -- ears to tail -- to make sure all is in good working order.
