Question:

: My 11 month old JRT will hike his leg and pee on the head of a smaller female boston terrier. First time, accident but 2nd and 3rd.....? Is he marking his teritory?

Hi Paula,
Yes this is marking and only neutering will lessen this. This is why we advise you to neuter your pet at an early age, and the earlier the better. When you wait to neuter, the marking will start, and then it is harder to deal with. Neutering makes for better male pets, and helps to prevent certian cancers. Please speak to your Vet about this.
