| Question:
: I posted a question about my jack russells tail yesterday and got two responses. The second said that she knows of another breed that has a short tail.i was wondering what that was.my jr snickers looks and acts like a jack russell. His face is white with brown and black and his body is white w/alot of black.I think he is less than 51% white.i think it could be possible that the breeder bred a jack and a rat together and said they were fullblooded. the other litter i mentioned the jack rats, looked exactly like the jack russels. Also i didnt mention i got my dog at six weeks.he is now almost eight months and is very sweet and well socialized. ------------------ Response Area ------------------- Yes I too know of a breed that is born without a tail but it isn't the Rat Terrier! Corgie is the only one that I know of that can be born with or without a tail and it also has Prick or erect ears. As I said in the first post without seeing your dog just from your discription there isn't any way to tell what the puppy has in him. I know you love him no matter what he is and it sounds like that you are doing a wonderful job with him. |
