Hi Amy, In order to precipate at a JRTCA event you have to be a memeber but your dog doesn't have to be registered unless it is the JRTCA National trial.

I am going to give you several links, one to join our club if you aren't a memeber, one to the State Reps in your area, one to the Affilate clubs and one to the Trial Menu. Since you didn't tell us where you are located then this is the best I can do.
