Sparky keeps shaking after hit by car

My jr Sparky was hit by a car a few days ago on the 26th. The vet said he was fine now he is on a couple pills and he is walking with a little limp but is doing much better. Although he shakes a bunch of the day I know he is not cold why does he do this? Also has had his first accident in our home, also had an accident in his crate. Has any had anything like this happen to them, any information would be good the vet here will not be open for a few days, live in very small town.
