| Question: I have had my rescue JRT for almost five years. She is crate trained and supposedly housebroken. During the last five weeks, she has begun barking non-stop during the day, defecating and urinating in her crate. She is in her crate in the mornings and after lunch when I go back to work, she is free to move about the condo. I walk her 6 times per day. During the last several weeks, I have re-arranged my livingroom and am having it painted and recarpeted. That's the only change. I have received two notices from my HOA about Amy's barking. One more that I will be fined then I will be asked to remove her from the premises. I am DESPERATE. I love my JRT. I have tried a signal bark collar but nothing seems to deter her. I need suggestions ASAP. THANKS TO YOU ALL!
