Well, you know about something I don't know about! Worming "tablets?" That's something I've never seen.

If your puppy has worms that you can literally SEE, this is very serious, and I suggest that you see a vet. Over the counter wormers are not something I would trust. They don't treat all forms of worms. In my eyes, it's a bit like treating pneumonia with aspirin.

It sounds like your pup has round worms, and is quite infested with them. Call your vet and explain what you saw and request medication. If they want to see a stool sample, this would be wise. You may as well rule out any other forms of worms by having the stool tested.

Worms are a very serious thing and shouldn't be missed around with. Please call your vet.
