| Question: : I could not find anything in the gtg search, so I thought I would ask. I have three short haird Jacks and I can not find a good brush for them. The brush with the small wire brissels (sorry about spelling) seems to hurt them, and the one with soft brissels dosen't do much for hair removel. I have herd the rubber ones are good, but wasen't sure if they are good with short hair. I wasen't sure how good rubber brissels really would work. If you have any ideas, I would appriciate them, my green couches are turning white as we speek. It is amazing how much these little guys shed, ha ha. Thanks for your advise. I have two short hair terriers myself and they constantly shed! You could make an entire new dog with the hair that comes off of them in one brushing. The very best item I have found is a soft rubber curry that you use for horses or ponies. I found mine at our local feed/ag store. The rubber is soft enough where it is easily bendable. This takes the dead hair off of them like a dream, and also works on your couch! The dogs seem to like the curry a lot, as not only does it take the dead hair off but they get a nice massage to boot! I think the curry ran me $2-3 and it was the best $2-3 I have spent in a long time! Regards, |
