Question:

: Yesterday I tried gradually changing my puppy's dog food over. She also ate a piece of apple and found some cookie crumbs. Well, last night her hair on her head looked like she had bumps. I felt her head, but nothing was raised. Her hair looked like it had wet rain drops on it, but it was not wet. I can not get the hair to go smoothly like it originally was. Do you think this could be hives? Or is this possibly a process that happens when they're getting more spots.

It sounds as though she has had a reaction to something. I have seen this sort of thing in dogs that are having a reaction. I would suggest that if they have not gone away or continue then seek medical assistance from your vet.
