New Jack Russell - Runt,no papers - cost?

Question:

We are going to get our first Jack Russell in about 1 1/2 hours. She's a quiet, lovable little runt, 8 weeks old. We've passed your "ownership test", and have fallen in love with this little puppy. She has no papers or shots. How much should we pay for her?
