Frequent Urination, crystals in urine

Question:

I purchased my JRT app. 3 months ago. Since then she's had frequent urination. Three vets later I was told it was a severe urinary tract nfection. She recieved strong antibiotics and perscription food. Now 3 months later she is still forming crystals. I was hoping to find out if anyone had this promblem with thier JRT and/or what can I do for her? Thankyou
