Will blue eyes turn brown?

Question:

My JRT had 4 puppies March 10th. They just opened their eyes about 2 days ago. I was looking at them today and noticed that the boys have brown eyes and the girls (all white except a brown spot on one and the other is all white) have blue eyes. Will their eyes change to brown or will they stay blue?
