Question:

: I just purchased my 8 week old pup this week, and her nose is not completly black. The top part of the nose is pink. Will this turn black with age or should I consider this a flaw? She is still a beautiful dog to me and I am having great success with training already. I was just curious.

Hi Andrew,
I'm glad you're enjoying the website and your new pup!
It is very likely that the color on her nose will fill in. Most JRTs are born with at least some pink on their noses, and it usually fills in.
Enjoy the puppyhood while it lasts!
