: I purchased my JRT app. 3 months ago. Since then she's had frequent urination. Three vets later I was told it was a severe urinary tract nfection. She recieved strong antibiotics and perscription food. Now 3 months later she is still forming crystals. I was hoping to find out if anyone had this promblem with thier JRT and/or what can I do for her? Thankyou

Hi Traci,

None of us that volunteer on this board are vets so there isn't much we can give you in the way of advice, however I can tell you that it is critically important to totally complete the course of antibiotics that your vet prescribed.

Many people make the mistake of not finishing the treatment as soon as they see that their dog has improved. By not completing the full course of treatment you subject your dog to a reoccurance of the infection.
