: For the last few weeks, my JRT has been sneezing. She all of a sudden will go into sneezing fits, and it will last for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. This is an all day event. Please could you tell me why this would be happening, and what its caused by?

Dear Tanya,

None of us are vets so we can't tell you why your terrier is having sneezing fits or what the cause is. However, I will tell you that a "few weeks" is too long to go without seeking medical attention for your terrier's health problem.

Please take your terrier to your vet as soon as possible for diagnosis and treatment.
