Housebreaking recitivism

Jack is 11 months old. We've owned him for 7 months. He was completely housebroken. He would always go to the front door or get our attention when he had to go outside. In the last week he has still asked to go outside but now he will only urinate out there. Now he poops only in the house! He will defecate anywhere in the house. We are at a loss to explain this mis-behavior. He used to do his business within 5 minutes of being out. Now we can be out with him 30 minutes and he will still wait until he is in the house and no one is within eyesight to poop. What's happening?
